Link of the Day: April 5 2016:  Here is a link to a review of two books, one by French leftist economist Thomas Piketty, the other by Greek leftist economist Yanis Varoufakis, which each posit a way to a united, democratic Europe that, the reviewer (from The Guardian, London) says, offers a correct analysis of the situation, that is never likely to be adopted. More’s the pity, one might say, if, like me, you view the world from a leftist perspective, and are alarmed by the right-wing, neo-Nazi or fascistic movements becoming popular throughout Europe.
