John Pilger is a journalist who pitilessly describes the realities of modern politics (often to such a degree that I find it impossible to finish reading his books, because the truths he tells are so depressing.) A couple of days ago he published an article called The Liberal Way toRun the World: “Improve” or We’ll Kill You* in the alternative online site, information clearing house.info  I suggest you read this article, which lays bare, as Pilger does with such relentless persistency and efficiency, the lies and hypocrisies perpetrated in our name by our leaders.
