A vague unease at hearing the news has developed into a more than vague feeling of moral outrage that we should accept that it's ok to just go round murdering people ("he was unarmed and was shot in the head". What happened to the tenet of an administered justice. What happened to the right to defend yourself. It's a woeful thing that we have succumbed to this rolling back of the enlightenment and placed ourselves firmly in the camp of the dehumanised sects of fundamentalist Islam and Christianity (to name a couple).
